My mother has a mark on her upper thigh .. she has had this for past 1.5 weeks.. No itching, no burn, she doesn't think any insect bit her.. she has not even left the house for the past 1 month.. We cannot go to a physical clinic as of now.. can anyone please tell me what this is just by looking at it online? Or what this could be? Thankyou..

It may be fungal infection which is common in folds of the body.  You can try using clotrimazole cream twice a day. Otherwise go for consultation.
