Hello doctors, for the past one week I had severe cold.. visited physician and taken medicines. Cold is there a little, problem is whenever I lie down, the phlegm is coming from the throat to mouth and I'm unable to sleep due to this.. please let me know what I can do.. thank you doctors for taking the time.. my age is 33
