My foreskin has contracted and it is not retractable. Cut marks are there on foreskin at front. And having burning sensation inside. Might be phimosis. Snd resulting into infection.

Tight foreskin predisposes to repeated urinary infections. Repeated infections and poor hygiene are risk factors for cancer of penis. I suggest you meet a surgeon and undergo circumcision at the earliest.
