I have been diagnosed of Pharyngitis. Prescribed Azithral 500. I have been having it for 5 days now. Feeling much better. But how long before I recover fully.

Pharyngitis is a acute bacterial infection and usually with appropriate antibiotics you should be alright within a week. Since you have already taken good antibiotic you can stop all the medications and continue with only salt water gargling
