Before starting phalasarpi it is always better that you consult ayurvedic doctor in person or online. After taking your history in detail doctor will decide to continue or not. General opinion of mine is that it is used for infertility and as uterine tonic, in gynaecological problems in female before pregnancy. After conceiving there are many other ghrita beneficial for baby like brahmi etc. You can start those. Consult with me online on this platform if necessary.
