My mother had phaco eye surgery (both eyes) in 2016 ...now she is saying that her vision is blurred she can't see... what can be done???

May be there are many causes. If she is Diabetic,may be Diabetic Retinoscopy. Certain tests have to be done. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment .
