What should i do now? what is defined in this report. I was having 4 tumours which was removed one was critical so radiation therapy was done.

Seems like recurrence.. Needs surgical opinion and chemo opinion..

Report says that the tumor has come back. You should meet a Neurosurgeon or a Spine surgeon at the earliest. Tumor is extending into the neural foramina, so please do not delay consulting the specialist. It means that sooner the spine will be affected and lead to problems.
