4years before, because of tooth decay I did white filling, then after 2 years I got severe throat infection and cold, then I did my second filling before 2 years, now I am suffering from throat infection...So, what is the reason for my throat infection?? Is the throat infection due to an tooth decay??? Should I meet a Dentist or an E.N.T doctor??

You need to meet ENT specialist . It is possible sometimes after Dental procedures there will be throat infections. Since the decay has already been treated, you need to visit ENT specialist for your throat infection.
