Hi , you are actually have chronic allergic rhinitis . The reason for persistent symptoms are because you are not completely treating it . In order to do that , you have get a blood work up done and check for routine blood counts , AEC, IgE values. Have to know the value , the take regular antihistamines till it is completely normal and resolved . U can start with Tab Ebast - M 0-0-1 x 2 weeks and also give voice rest , warm salt water gargle & also add tab defcort 6mg 1-0-1 x 5 days . It should help with your symptoms . Hope this helps you.
