I'm having persistant pain in my lower back I'm 6 weeks pregnant the pain is so sharp it's very intense when lay down is it Noraml at this stage of pregnancy

Usually this sharp pain should not happen during pregnancy.. You cn get yourself examined by an orthopedician to rule out anything serious which u are mistaking to be related to pregnancy
