Since last 4 days I am getting cough initially wet now dry,chest congestion and fever 100F do I have to undergo Covid 19 test since each passing day symptoms are changing

Hello .. I see u have respiratory tract infection n right this can be covid.. pls contact nearest covid hospital n get tested for that.. If covid is negative , get these blood tests n contact me Just take Dolo 650mg for fever
