Hello doctor, I am a 20-year-old female dealing with persistent dandruff and dry scalp. I experience flaking and itching regularly. I have been using Bare Anatomy shampoo for over a year, but it hasn’t shown any improvement. I’m looking for a budget-friendly and effective shampoo or treatment that is safe for regular use. Kindly suggest something that works well for dry scalp and dandruff. Thank you.

Use Shampoo Ketoconazole + Zinc pyrithione twice a week Apply on wet hair and keep it for about 5 minutes and then wash off your hair Apply it deep onto the scalp and NoT just the hair

Do not apply oil frequently Change your pillow covers quite often Do not wash your hair with very hot water Try not using any kind of conditioners Stick to one shampoo which I mentioned and use it continuously for 6 months
