Persistent cough n cold

39y old lady has persistent cough n cold since more than one month. She also complains of breathlesness and chest pain many times. 3 rounds of antibiotic course taken, no respite. Blood test report and xray done yesterday are attached. Ecg was done last month. Says  LEAD OFF (V6), SINUS TACHYCARDIA, LOW T WAVE (V3, V5). Unable to attach report here. Please guide on to why the infections are not going and if there is anything serious to be concerned.

its an eosinophilic lung disease..need a detailed history to rule out oad, asthma and eosinophilia alone

Eosinophil level is very high..looks allergic in origin..also rule out heart issues after consulting a cardiologist.
