He has problem in his ear. In his ear different type of voice are play. So that's way he feel uncomfortable.

Get an audiogram test done to check for hearing loss.if there is a nerve deafness you are likely to have sounds in ear we call it as tinnitus. Also get ear check up done to see if you have any wax that needs to be cleaned after which get the hearing test.can start on b-complex for a month.
