Permanent sore on inner lip

I developed a cold sore (not round, it is like wrinkled skin but bumpy) on the inner lip in Feb 2016, it has stayed on. Off late just before periods my upper bum area all the way up to my back, and side thigh I get itchy skin and rash. Before this occurred my eyebrow was shedding so I got serology profile done and all came negative. Please suggest.
