I'm having severe backache and experiencing white discharge. Recent early usg of fetus shows having 17X4 mm perisac collection due to this anything bad may happen please explain me

Please also mention how big is your pregnancy and did the ultrasound scan pick up foetal heart action  ? That information will determine prognosis of your pregnancy.
