Periods related problem
In june i got periods twice so my gynaecologist dr suggest me to take T diane 35 tablets after that i got periods on 22nd july
And for August still no periods
And also tested it was negative
So what will be the issue
Still no periods
Diane 35 is a combined hormonal tablet used to regulate cycles and to reduce androgen related symptoms. While you are on it, your bleeding is a withdrawal bleed set by the tablet schedule rather than your own natural cycle, which is why the timing shifts to match the pack. Two periods in one month before starting it usually reflects an ovulation problem or a lining issue, and the tablet controls the pattern without by itself telling you the underlying cause.
Next Steps
Continue the tablet exactly as your gynaecologist scheduled it and go back for the planned review, taking a note of your bleeding dates since July. Ask what the plan is once the course finishes, and whether thyroid, prolactin and a pelvic ultrasound have been done.
Health Tips
Bleeding heavily between packs, or missing a withdrawal bleed entirely, should be reported rather than managed by changing the tablet yourself.
