I got my periods with 12 days delay on 14 of august and it lasts for 5 days .again after 10 days that is on 29th aug igot periods again!! is it normal ??

No it is not normal,btw did u take an ipill as it happens bcz of this too ,or it might be due to harmonal imbalance,get ur Thyroid checked and Ultrasound done to see for the cause .
