Periods problem
Hello,
My wife facing a problem with irregular periods. She is 29 years old.Her last periods date was 26th August 2020. She has facing hair fall in last few days.
What should we do for this purpose. Please suggest.

You can do a pregnancy test with morning sample fasting urine if applicable. If pregnancy test is negative or not applicable start Tablet Meprate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days. You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7 days

Maintenance of menstral calendar. If abnormal irregular periods persists then do the following tests
1. Serum TSH
2. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness
3. Serum Prolactin
