hello there.
i can understand your concern but
you cannot rely on one negative test. repeat the test again and also do a ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out pregnancy. always in a case of missed period, pregnancy need to be ruled out first.
consult a gynaecologist with the reports for further help.
