Periods not coming REGESTERON

My periods is not coming for 2 months and doctor advised me to take regesterone tablet for 3 days 2 times. So i followed that and now its the eighth day still im not getting my periods. I did Sonography and confirmed there is no issues or pregnancy. Could you please advice on my situation?
