I got my periods 7 days late,took pregnancy test ,it was negative but 9th day periods got stopped ,i had periods for 1 day only

If pregnancy test is negative then don't worry. If this problem persists in next cycle then go for Thyroid profile, S.prolactin and pelvic USG.
