My periods are delayed by a week this month. I started consuming safi last month onwards and even noticed bleeding urination approx 7 days before my periods date

If ur periods are delayed u should first do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If u are hvng blood in urine it could be due to infection do a urine routine microscopic and culture and sensitivity done. Initiate a direct consult for further management
