Hello, i am travelling to vaishno devi on 4th March. My last periods came on 4th feb. please suggest a medicine to delay my periods for few days.

         My suggestion is that please don't try to postpone your periods in this cycle. It is too late. You will get irregular bleeding during the time of your visit to the Shrine.           You may plan it some other time.
