Periods date getting delayed every month

I was earlier diagnosed with pcod. I was given a 6 month medicine after doing all tests such as LFT, Cholesterol etc. My periods were fine after that but since the past 4-5 months my periods date has become very unpredictable and delayed. Last month I missed them. Periods have become late by almost 20 days every month. What to do?
