Over the last three months I have had very light flow and this month it was just brown spotting which has been going on for more than 7 days I am not pregnant I have lot hairfall also gut related issues my hemaglobin is 12 and vit d and b is in normal range . I am currently on venlor and bupropion for more than 2 years what could this be ? And why is it happening ?
