Periods coming while peeing

This is for my wife. She delivered a baby boy on March 5 through the c section. Now her periods are coming while she pees. The whole day there is no bleeding however, the bleeding occurs while peeing. Please suggest.

So this is normal Following cesarean she can bleed up to 45 days
