Periods before 5 days

I am having thyroid diseases and my tsh is normal it is below 3.every month my periods occurs on 29 or 28th of the month but this month it occurs at 23rd of month so these difference in days will reason for any irregularity in my cycle or is it still normal?? This is for the first time i am experiencing this change
