Hi Dr. I had a MTP on July 20th and had bleeding for a week. I went for checkup after 2 weeks and my Dr confirmed that it is clear. It's almost a month now but my periods has not started. How long after MTP periods start..

After MTP first 2 to 3 periods will be delayed We can't tell how many days Just watch and wait But use contraception  in this cycle  also
