Its been 4 weeks after my miscarriage. D&C was done. No complications in the operation and later. When should I expect my periods?

Anywhere between 4-6 weeks. There is no set time period. It also depends on in your previous regularity if the periods. If you had been sexually active since you had miscarriage and your periods are delayed more than 6 wks do a pregnancy test. If negative wait and watch patiently.
