I had a miscarriage at 18weeks due to cervical impotency 15days back and lost my baby. Delivered normally. May i know when can I expect xpect my next periods?⁷

Sorry for your loss. Usually it takes 4 to 6 weeks for body hormones to come back to normal levels. Also if your previous cycles were regular you will get periods sooner if irregular slight delay could be there. Regards Dr.Prajakta Mahajan Fertiflix Women's Clinic Pune

It is Cervical Incompetence. You should expect your next period about 6 weeks from the date of your miscarriage.
