Period spotting for every 15 days

Periods didn't come for 2 to 3 months. But when they came there is no bleeding. Just spotting for 3 to 5days and dissappear.. Again they are coming within 15days and that repeated for 2months. Previously suffered from PCOD. What can i do now.?
