Ive been spotting for 3 weeks after my period an it hasn't stopped my period should be due this week. Cause alittle red blood showed up.

Do a urine pregnancy test by kit at home if you have been sexually active to rule out pregnancy. Other causes can be infection , polyp , hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorders ovarian cysts etc
