Its not normal.. If u dint hv periods n 4years u hv attained menopause but at the age of 42 is a bit earlier.. If u r bleeding now its suggested that u do an ultrasound pelvis to see endometrial thickness and also to look for ny adnexal cyst or mass.. Accordingly an endometrial aspiration s advised..
