I m suffering from pain during the first day of my period. But it stays for 3_4 hours only. But this time with blood some blood clots are also coming. I m obese so I started diet and I loose 9kg weight. Is it the cause for it? This time my blood flow is also high. Plz suggest me why this happened and is it serious something? My period circle is 24_26 day.
