Are you sexually active then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.If both tests are negative or positive consult to gynaecologist and take her advice.

If you have been sexually active then do a urine pregnancy test. By kit at home to rule out pregnancy. If not other causes cn be hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorders ,pcos etc. Consult directly online for further discussion
