Generally my period cycle is between 23-25 days, once in a while very rarely it goes to 28 but that also is not very common. I get my periods for 4-5 days and used to be a healthy cycle. But june cycle ended in just 3 days also the flow was less compared to my regular flow I got my last periods on 14 June, than i felt clot on 1st of july, i don't remember about 2nd but since then every single day I'm getting small spots in the day and during evening, I get this spoon full amount of blood, I don't know how should I see this and how concerning is this. There is no major pain or just mild discomfort Im feeling and that too is very rarely. Around March I have got a full body checkup and there also no major issue was found non diabetic just few vitamin deficiency. Also I have always been on higher side on weight and yes I easily gain my metabolism is not very active. But I have never had any other medical issue because of this. please help me out im too stressed i can't sleep at night.

You didn't mention whether you are married or not, any pregnancy, if yes then did it end in an abortion. To cut the story short please get a sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult a Gynaecologist with the report.
