My wife is pregnant by 3 months .. and she is having periods regularly every months .. but periods are late .. last period was late by 23 days . Is it ok or we need to worry about

Your question is confusing..Is she pregnant and having bleeding or not pregnant with delayed periods..For both she needs to be evaluated ..Meet a gynaecologist
