Hello Doctor, my last period started on April 20th and is currently delayed. I am trekking to Kedarnath on June 5th and want to delay my period so it doesn't start during the trek. Can you please advise if I can take Norethisterone (or a similar tablet) to pause my period until I return, and provide a prescription for the correct dosage?"
