I have been bleeding every day from past 2months before that I didn't had periods for straight 4-5months. The bleeding is not heavy its more than a spotting.And also recently I had joined Gym.

Bleeding or spotting more than 7 days is not normal Delayed period beyond 37 days is not normal U need investigations to find out the reason and treatment accordingly Joining the gym is not the reason
