Please consult with a General Surgeon in your area. He needs physical examination and appropriate treatment. Tele-consultation will not help in this case.

Take consultation from General surgeon to know why that symptom is occurring? According to me Take medicine as Tab- Zerodol - Sp 2 time after food for burning and pain for 3 day Cap- Rabicip D 1 time per day for 3 day Betadine solution - mix 15 ml in 2-3 litre luke warm water  in flat pot and and do  as sitz bath  process like sit 5 minute after each defecation.
Next Steps
Do some diagnostic test as CBC with ESR with Proctoscopy to see into the inner side anal canal to find out Any abnormalities.
Health Tips
Please take less spicy and fatty food Take plenty of fluid. Take vegetable and fresh fruit in the diet.
