I got perianal abscess 4 days back. Taking Augmentation 625 3 times a day. Applying mupirocin ointment and taking sitz bath 3 times a day for 10-15 mins. Also Azithromycin once a day. Abscess turned red to watery black. Is it healing or getting worse?
