Can anyone suggest the medicine for the perianal abscess...  please suggest some good antibiotics...

Perianal abscess should be should be treated with incision and drainage apart from antibiotics . Patient needs hospitalisation and intravenous antibiotics like cefixime and metronidazole.. chat with me further information.
