Peri Anal Fistula
Been a year, it started with Pinworms infection.took long time to diagnose..once it cleared I got anal fistula at left side (11-12o click position) stage 2. My clitoris itch a lot.. my fistula spot itches a lot. Ayurvedic medicine helped me only for a short time. I cannot explain what I am going through just in words. It's very difficult to live my life with this. Everyday s like a hell for me. Worried a lot. Can I go for surgery? Currently taking Homeo medicines..will it help me?
I hv bad Anal and Clitoris itching...my urine and stool test hv infections.
Clitoris and anal(fistula) burns and itches a lot.... bad means very very bad.. I am already following diet, but no help.
Pls don't suggest creams to apply none of them is helping me...for time being I take brufen for relief....

Need more details of a case to understand the right remedy. E.g. how did the complaints started? What are the initial symptoms of disease. Any general symptoms like reduced appetite,thirst or complaints regarding stool urine or menses.
