It appears that you are having Anal Fistula. They do not heal completely after surgery and chances of recurrence are always there. Whereas Ayurveda recommends Ksharsutra treatment for Anal fistula. Ksharsutra is complete treatment for anal fistula. There no cplication in anal fistula treatment. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your daily routine activities as usual during this treatment. Clinical trails conducted by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) have proven that Ksharsutra Treatment is more convenient and more successful than Surgery in Anal Fistula. In this treatment Ksharsutra - A medicated thread is ligated in Fistula tract. Medicine present in Ksharsutra debrides the Fistula tract and induces healing. This medicine remains active for 5-7 days so this thread needs to be changed with a new Ksharsutra at weekly interval. No. of Ksharsutra changes required for complete healing of Fistula depends on length, depth and branching pattern of Fistula. For further assistance please call reception

Perirectal abscesses begin as infections in the anal glands, which empty the anal crypts. From the anal crypt, infection spreads laterally into the soft tissues of the ischiorectal fossa. The abscess commonly presents as a painful swelling visible in the external aspect of the buttock. Occasionally, infection will track above the levator sling, causing pain and a mass that is palpable on rectal examination. Drainage of a Perirectal abscess often results in a chronic anal fistula, a communication from the inside of the anorectum to the skin outside. Homeopathy is one of the most popular holistic systems of medicine. The selection of remedy is based upon the theory of individualization and symptoms similarity by using holistic approach. I would advise you to meet your treating general surgeon and have the abscess examined. You will require antibiotics, antacids and a topical cream. Kindly visit the treating surgeon at the earliest.
