Cervix removed with ovary after 1 year pepsmear report shows a cancer, what shall we do for it's prevention.

Why was initial surgery done..was report cancer at that time.. Now it could be recurrence.. Pleasw attach CT scan abdomen and pelvis repoet.. Please attach cytology report too
