I was given clobestolcream  treatment and dexamethasone injection so the thing turned to red scortum syndrome type thing and I am suffering. I just sit full day as it is not possible to do movements. Unfortunately has brought halt to career and setback. I am just waiting to heal.

This is scrotal dermatitis. Please stop the cream, it is nit supposed to be used on this area.  Injection is not required, donot take injection. Please contact me using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. This is easily treatable.

Hello dear. I understand your agony. What you have is a neurocutaneous dermatitis on your scrotum. As for that spot you talk about, I need a clearer picture to see. It could be a simple pustule or a tiny cyst or a folliculitis on the shaft.
