During first time hard intercourse the upper skin of penis is cut/ peeled by about one inch (this is not the frenulum skin, frenulum is on down side and connected to the urinal opening but it is actually on top side and its purely the outer skin of the penis.) Please guide us if it will auto heal after sometime or do he need to consult doctor as its on the place which is regularly moist so may be it will be difficult to heal. Should he use antibacterial powder or cream on that to stop infection or he can use clean water only. He is taking antibiotics upon sujjestions of local shopkeeper to help fighting against bacterial infection there. It is now two days passed to this event.
