Almost every morning I wake up with swollen penis. Few days back I had hydrocele operation. After returning home I was worried about my erection. So thought of checking out, hence had mastrubation. I think I went extra mile on that day. 3 times. Post which I have seen whenever I wake up I penis is swollen. After 1st time I have seen swollen penis I avoided masturbation till date. I get some movement of penis when I see scene on movies etc, but I have not masturbate. I though it is penile lymphocele and it will go away in few days. But it has been more than 8 weeks. I am bit worried now. Plz help me to get back to normal.
