My penis forehead skin seems tightened as when i try to move it back it pains. Whn ever its erected i cannot move it back without lubrication, and after using lubricant then also i can feel but pain. From last month i am facing this problem. Earlier it was normal. Also i can see some white patches in down side where the skin joins. Its irritating while having sex. Can you help me on this.
